Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn and unused)
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@majesteldn.co.uk. If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid returns label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping is free for UK orders. Customers outside the UK are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings and custom products are non-returnable.
  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase and place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
