What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item should be:
Unworn and unused
Returned in the original packaging with tags attached
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To start your return, please email us at contact@majesteldn.co.uk. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid returns label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

How should I care for my jewellery?
When to Remove to Prolong Life:
Before bathing, showering, or swimming

Storage:
Keep your jewellery safe by storing it in the box provided or any dry container.
Cleaning Gold Vermeil:
Use the cleaning cloth included with your jewellery. For tougher stains, rinse with lukewarm water and dry thoroughly.
Polishing Gemstones:
Use unscented soapy water to polish gemstones, avoiding contact with gold where possible.
