Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via EVRI next-day tracked delivery within the UK. Please note that orders are not always shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. For any delays in processing, please refer to the banners displayed on our website.
- UK Shipping: Free, with EVRI next-day tracked delivery.
- EU Shipping: £10.00 via DPD, with an estimated transit time of 2–11 business days.
- International Shipping: £15.00
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking will become active within 24 hours.
Please note: Majeste London LTD is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.
Majeste London LTD is not liable for any products lost or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. This does not apply if the item itself is faulty.
To support any claim, please retain all original packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
